Email flows are triggered based on user actions. At my time at REP, we completely redesigned and expanded email flows, such as redoing abandoned cart emails, welcome series, and designing all REP Rewards emails.
Every time a user subscribes to our email newsletter, they trigger the Welcome Series flow. Certain image blocks are also swapped based on user location logic. View a preview of email #1 here.
When a user adds items to their cart without checking out, they trigger the Abandoned Cart flow. Two personalized reminders are sent over a number of days, and highlight certain perks about buying from REP.
